Multiple Entries

Entrants may submit multiple entries for the game.

Eligibility Requirements 

All entrants can be either SEIU members in good standing or convention attendees. Employees working under the direct supervision of the Contest Organizers are not eligible to participate. 

Rules

When the Convention opens, a link to the task list containing 10 items will be posted for eligible entrants to complete. Tasks will relate to events occurring during the Convention, e.g., “enter the number of t-shirts displayed at Union City.” As each task is completed, the entrant will provide “proof” (picture confirmation, number or word) they completed the task and then check off the task in the site. After they complete the task, entrants will receive a timestamp confirmation of when they completed and submitted the task. 

Submission Window 

Completed entries will be accepted when the task list is released starting Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time through the digital app, and continue until 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. No submissions will be accepted after 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Winner Selection 

The winners will be the first two entrants to correctly complete the entire task list, which will be determined by electronic time stamps of submissions.  If there are no submissions that have been fully and correctly completed as of 5 P.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the winners will be the first two entrants who have correctly completed the highest number of tasks within the submission window.

Description of Prizes 

The winners shall receive a prize of various SEIU and SEIU-affiliated merchandise.

Notice of Tax Liability (if applicable)

Any federal, state, or local tax liability engendered by receipt of a prize in this contest is the sole responsibility of the winner(s). A 1099-MISC may be issued to the winners of this event if the cumulative receipt of monies from SEIU during the tax year meets the applicable IRS threshold.
